Terms:

1. Ronny Cush’s liability shall be limited to a refund. 

2. In the event of cancellation by the client, deposits shall not be refundable. 

3. No part of this purchase shall be delivered before the balance is settled. 

4. If the client fails to collect the item/s ordered here within thirty days after receiving a notification of its availability, the same order shall be deemed cancelled by the client.

5. By making a deposit in respect of the order in question, the client shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms herein.
